Roadster tour 2011 : l'éveil / the awekening

Voilà, le 19e roadster tour est sur les rails : je peux déjà vous dévoiler les premières informations, même s'il nous reste à finaliser quelques détails avec nos différents points d'arrêt.

Tout d'abord, cette année, nous avons une marque invitée d'honneur : MORGAN . Nous trouvons que cette marque qui a traversé le temps convient à merveille pour illustrer l'esprit du roadster tour. Nous avons pu les inviter notamment grâce à la collaboration du Morgan Owners Group Belgium.

Ensuite, nous vous dévoilons le point de départ : cette année, ce sera l'abbaye de Val-Dieu, près d'Aubel, sur le plateau de Herve. Nous avons obtenu un parking rien que pour nos voitures, et nous passerons par la cour de l'abbaye pour le départ.

Notre point d'arrêt intermédiaire sera la château de Harzé, et nous terminerons, comme l'an dernier, au "Charmes-Chambertin à Thimister, où l'accueil avait été très chaleureux.

Cette année, la photo souvenir se fera à Val-Dieu, ce qui permettra à coup sûr de pouvoir distribuer celle-ci à l'arrivée à tous les participants. Il nous reste d'ailleurs des photos de l'année dernière qui n'ont pas été réclamées.

L'invitation papier est en cours de rédaction et vous parviendra, suivant les délais de l'imprimeur, au début du mois de mai.

Sachez cependant, qu'il est déjà possible de se "pré"inscire, tout en sachant que l'inscription ne sera définitive qu'après réception du paiement (prix et numéro de compte seront mentionnés sur l'invitation papier).

Now the 19st roadster tour is on the rails : I can give you some first informations, even if we have to discuss some details with our different stops.

At first, this year, we have invited the make "Morgan" as special guest. We find that those cars share perfectly the spirit of the roadster tour. We have managed to invite them with the complicity of the Morgan Owners Group of Belgium.

Then, about the departure : this year, it would be the Val-Dieu abbey, near Aubel. We have negociated a private parking just for our cars, and we will cross the abbey with our car to go out trough the main entrance.

Our second stop will be the castel of Harzé, and the finish will be, as last year, the "Charmes-Chambertin restaurant, where we had a warmfully welcome.

This year, the picture will be shooted directly at Val-Dieu, so we will be certain to give it at the end of the day (we still have some pictures from last edition that will be at the start, to give them away).

The paper entry form is nearly finished, and will be in your postal box at the begining of may (depended of the printer).

But, if you want, you have the opportunity to pre-registre your car, but the registration will be efficient only when we receive the paiement (price and bank reference will be written on the paper entry form).
