Then, join us to take part at the 16st Roadster Tour, a day trip for classics and modern roadsters, this sunday the 11st of may 2008 

You are the pround owner of a 2 seats open top car, you like lovely roads, you want join other owners of fantastic cars and you want to enjoy chatting and drinking at the end of the day sharing a good meal ?

 Owners from BMW, Cobra, Caterham, Donkervoort and other sevens, Ferrari, Lotus, MG, Mazda, Porsche, ..., whathever is your vehicule, come to share a fantastic day on some of the best roads in the german and belgian Eiffel area, before coming back on the "Plateau de Herve", in the east of Belgium.
The Roadster Tour is in Belgium one of the only meeting for old, classics, and modern roadsters, just for the same goal : driving on best roads at the wheel of the best cars.
 

Since 15 years now, the Joe Mac Roadster Club asbl, a club where all the members are united with the roadster passion, proposes some day trip to discover belgian areas, with beautiful castles and valleys, on roads choosen for the happiness of the driver and co-driver. 

Or goal : to have a good day with some other top down drive lovers, each driving at his speed a trip with tulip roadbooks, with miles indications, just to allow the co-driver to see the beautiful landscape.

We decided to keep the same organisation as previous year, so we will start at 11 h 00, to allow people coming from far away to reach the start easily. 

We will do a single trip, with a sandwich break, and then reach at the end of the afternoon the restaurant "Le goût de la vie", in Thimister, where we will have a cold and warm italian buffet dinner. 

There, we will discuss in a cosy athmospheer and end the evening together.

For people who want to extend the roadster tour in a week-end or more, we can provide some good adresses of hotels of B&B, and other roadbooks. Just ask. 

Timing of the day :

Between 10 h 30 and 11 h 00 :

Start point at " Bowling 67", rue Mitoyenne 912/C, 4710 in Lontzen

Very easy access from the E40 motorway, in the direction of Germany, exit 38bis, follow the "Lontzen Welkenraedt indications (the bowling is on the right side of the street, in the Welkenraedt direction, 300 m away from the motorway exit).
 

At 13 h 30 (approximatively) :  sandwiches break in the German Eiffel.

17 h 30 : finish at the restaurant « Le goût de la vie », in the industrial estate of  "les Plenesses," rue de l’avenir, 71 in 4890 Thimister  (087/336900) : drink, warm and cold italian buffet dinner, desserts buffet.

Fee :

Price : 75 euros for  2 persons, included the  roadbook, the rally plate, a picture, sandwiches and drinks, a aperitief, dinner and dessert.
